Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before engaging any service offered by Nonya Keys Pte. Ltd. By submitting an enquiry, booking a service, or entering into an engagement agreement with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accept these terms.

By submitting an enquiry form, booking a service, or confirming a service engagement in writing, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. You must be at least 18 years of age and have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If representing a company or organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity.

Nonya Keys provides residential leasing advisory services in Singapore, including:

Services are delivered within Singapore. Geographic or scheduling constraints will be communicated before confirmation.

4. Service Engagement and Confirmation

An engagement is confirmed when both parties have agreed in writing to the service scope and fee. A written confirmation via email or signed engagement document constitutes the binding agreement. We reserve the right to decline any engagement request at our discretion without obligation to provide reasons.

5. Fees and Payment

Service fees are stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Payment terms are specified in the engagement confirmation. We accept bank transfer and other methods as agreed in writing. Fees are non-refundable once a service has been fully delivered, subject to the cancellation terms below.

All Content produced by Nonya Keys — including written tour summaries, lease review reports, and advisory documents — remains the intellectual property of Nonya Keys Pte. Ltd. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use this Content for your own residential purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell our Content without express written permission.

10. Nature of Our Advice

Our advisors provide residential leasing guidance informed by market knowledge and professional experience. Nothing in our service constitutes legal advice, and we are not a law firm. For legal matters relating to tenancy disputes or formal proceedings, we recommend engaging a qualified solicitor admitted in Singapore.

Our Services are provided in good faith and to the best of our advisors' knowledge. However:

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Singapore law, Nonya Keys shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental losses arising from the use of our Services or Content. Our aggregate liability to any Client for direct losses shall not exceed the total fees paid by that Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nonya Keys Pte. Ltd. and its advisors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our Content, or your violation of any applicable law in connection with your use of our Services.

14. Confidentiality

We treat all client information and service engagement details as strictly confidential. We do not share information about your enquiry, property preferences, or engagement with any third party without your consent, except where required by law. Equally, any information shared with you by Nonya Keys in the course of service delivery is intended for your personal use only.

15. Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement by providing written notice. For Private Estate Stewardship, the notice period and fee implications are specified in the individual engagement agreement. Termination does not affect any accrued rights or obligations of either party. Upon termination, we will provide a summary of matters handled and any outstanding items requiring your attention.

16. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally through direct discussion. If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days, the parties may refer the matter to mediation through the Singapore Mediation Centre before commencing formal proceedings. These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services following such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will endeavour to notify active clients of material changes via email.
